Tradehub Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning or exchanging items from our online store.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return or exchange most items within [30] days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
  • Final sale items, pierced earrings, and items marked 'non-returnable' cannot be returned or exchanged.

Reasons for Return

  • You can return an item for a full refund if it is defective, damaged, or does not match the description on our website.

Return Process

  • Initiate your return: Contact our customer service team by mail or phone or from your orders details on your Tradehub personal account to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  • Pack your return: Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, along with a copy of your Original invoice.
  • Ship your return: Ship the package to the address provided on the return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • You may send a return shipping request to The tradehub.com and we shall process shipment returns on your behalf at your expense.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within three to five business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take additional business days for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please indicate your preference when you contact customer service to initiate your return.
  • Exchanges are not eligible for all items and are subject to stock availability.
  • We will ship your exchange item once we receive & approve your original return.
  • You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with an exchange.
