Rather than replacing your sales team or existing systems, Tradehub accelerates your current process by providing an interactive way to share product catalogs, negotiate deals, track changes, and finalize orders. Once an order is created, payment and fulfillment remain in your usual workflows.
How Does it Work?
Set Up Your Catalog: Select which products to include, set pricing, and generate a secure link with optional restrictions (e.g., show/hide prices).

Buyer Access & Quote Request: The buyer opens the link, explores products, and submits a quote request or proceeds to checkout (if pricing is shown).

Review & Adjust Pricing: Your sales team updates pricing or quantities if needed. The buyer sees real-time changes, enabling a more straightforward negotiation process.

Approve & Finalize: Once both parties agree, the final version is approved. Tradehub logs everything in the version history for future reference.
